The question I had re- the doomblade changes is whether the bleed DoT stacked or reset after each Mutilate. If it just reset I don’t see this leggo changing the meta much at all; because we will rarely ever see a situation where we are waiting a full 8 seconds between mutilates to see the full effect of the bleed.
