Play low level bgs(39 or 49) because there are stat templates so gear doesn’t matter(sub 50 enchants are still counted though if you want to “twink”) . Literally you can go in a game and take off/swap a piece of gear and you’ll see your secondaries stay the exact same. Like I said though, a level 48-49 character with ilvl 49 gear+ enchants will wreck but it’s nowhere near as the difference between an ivl 130 and ilvl 100 player at 50
