Bravo blizz. Fdk feeling good for playing around bgs and world PvP compared to where it was at. Having a heavy hitter in Reepers mark outside of usual burst window was a great addition, and the 20% on DS for PvP is really nice.
Couple things could be better, the chance in a chance talents are still meh because auto attacking crits having a chance to do anything is kind of bad. Might be fun for pve but if I have to stack crit to get anything more then a 1/20 chance (that is reduced further by it not being the “chance” time when I actually do crit) isn’t good. Such a low number. Why? Having something like razor ice that explodes when max stacked is so much better a way to gauge it.
That and vague tool tips. What percent is “chance on” lol
