Hmm. So, maintanence used to be 8 hours every Tuesday, with major patches sometimes not even being able to be accessed until the next day.
I wonder if that is at least part of why there’s issues. Think about how much extra maintanence time that is, gone.
Just get over it, and admit you don’t under the meaning of the word schedule. I can schedule a nail appointment that starts 10 minutes from now.

So … is there non-routine “scheduled”maintenance in an hour + 15 mins?

Unscheduled means someone at Blizzard tripped over the server cable.
Scheduled means someone planned to shut the servers off to power the bounce house in the Blizzard break room.
