Just call it Dungeon 2.0 already, everyone is doing Delves with groups of five

Maybe this is Blizzards way of eventually replacing LFR/LFD with delves?

New tech, new system. Could be. Just a thought.

I have not seen a single person talk in a delve, and that might be because I am soloing them.

Idk, I have no opinion on that topic.

:scream_cat: won’t somebody please think of the raiders!! How is everyone going to know how much better we are if casuals, bads, and solo players can get our phat lewts!!!

Mythic players really need to get over themselves. WoW is not that game anymore, it never really was that game - it was the easy “for casuals” version of Everquest

Delves are a great addition to the game and I hope they get a lot more love from Blizzard, add MORE solo content with groups optional.

For me the primary issue are Delves are not scaling properly for solo or groups.

The issue solo: are simply some classes; specifically those with a combination of sustain and damage do not suffer the mechanics of the delves as much while certain mechanics make it harder, if not impossible, for pure dps/healing classes.

IF Bran performed his role as he was meant to it would not be an issue but for now his healing or dps is completely random performance where some abilities don’t land in the correct locations at the correct time.

Bran should have tank, healing and dps roles; not simply dps or healing.

They should scale the dungeons by class first, then party size.

The problem isn’t not wanting a challenge, it’s the scaling. There has been enough said on the subject that this should be obvious at this point. They need to fix it.

So play with friends then.

I didn’t know you could do these with 5 people I thought it was 3 but good to know since that means I can bring more people along for fun. :dancer:t5: :dancer:t5: :dancer:t5:

They shouldn’t, because groups of 5 are scaled very poorly. Takes forever to kill anything. Best to do it in a group of 2-3.

Nobody is saying otherwise.

The point of the person you’re replying to is that people who were asking for “challenging solo content” were… lying.

Just like they’ve always lied, about that. Every time Blizzard has tried to add even remotely challenging solo content to the game, the “we want challenging solo content” players complain about it. Torghast, Horrific Visions, Mage Tower… and now, Delves.

The content is fine. The poor attitude of the players is the issue.

That old Mists of Pandaria scenario thing is playing tricks with your head.

Ive only run it solo so far but would not mind doing it with others. Its the option to do either that makes it enjoyable.

I solo or duo with Mr. Loverman.

“Everyone” lol.

Oh, of course, you’re absolutely right. An MMO is just a game where people happen to exist in the same space online. It’s not like the “massively multiplayer” part implies any sort of interaction or cooperation. That’s like saying a restaurant is just a place where a bunch of people eat at the same time—doesn’t mean you should expect any food or service. You’re just there to admire the architecture.

I’ve been making a game of how low I can go with my fresh alts in tier 8 delves. My current records around 530 though that one ran out of lives before I managed to prog the boss so I crafted a cloak and tried again later. It actually is fun solo content and its already pushed me to play more alts before m+ even came out then I have leveled in the entirety of dragon flight.

I do solo or with my friend.

Solo only also. I didn’t want to do them with other people. It’s already annoying enough with Brann.

Duo here. Though I did a few in a trio. Five man just makes my head hurt.

I fail to see the issue. I’d love to solo M+. It’s the only way I’d have time to do it.

As far as I can tell, most do them either solo or duo.
I’ve only ever run them solo and I just got my 50 delves achievo last night.

It’s easier to trash talk a topic when you insinuate everyone thinks the same.
