Agreed, I hope this is taken care of so it affects ranged attack power as well. No wonder hunters start dropping down the dps meter throughout the course of vanilla

Dont think thats a bug tbh but would still like it to get changed. Onyxia buff is also only melee despite saying “attackpower”. The game just is inconsistent with this AP stuff.

Nope it’s always been attack power buffs all. Melee AP, is only melee. Ranged AP is only ranged. Also items that say attack power buff both, making it inconsistent. This needs fixed

The fact that Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer’s AP only affects melee is utter nonsense.

This is not a bug, it is how it was in Vanilla. Don’t clog up the bug report forum with false reports.
