Again, im not saying this is the case, but in my country is VERY common an ex-exployer attacks ex-companies. Its almost “cause and effect” here…
If you leave an relationship most of the time your ex will talk #!% about you.
If an employer is fired most of the time he will talk bad about company.
Thats common here, again, im not saying this is the case… but the case is way more complex than you think.
