So in my Cooldown Manager, the judgement cd swipe is not tracking the cd of judgement charges. It is tracking the movement speed buff (this is with the yellow aura swipe turned off). Because of this judgement does not grey out at 0 charges. It only greys out when at 0 charges AND the movement speed from the judgement of justice talent is over. This makes the only way of tracking my judgement the charges number on the icon. 
I have tested it with no cd manager addons activated and it still does the same thing so this is on blizzard’s end. Has anyone else encountered this/found a fix for it? There is one post on the EU forums about it but no solution.
