My mother, who played back in BC (passed away in 2017 at 70) was obsessed with rested bonus. She would get off of a toon when her rested bonus was exhausted and play another. I had to explain to her that leveling without rested bonus is not bad, you’re rested bonus will start further along, which was good.
The point is, start leveling now. You may have JJ kick in right during the boring slump levels.
