We wanted to let you know that we will be out early for a company event on Thursday, January 17, and out of the office entirely Friday, January 18. During this time we’ll have limited coverage on these forums and the @BlizzardCS twitter handle starting Thursday afternoon. We’ll return to normal staffing on Saturday.

Our In-Game Support staff is still available 24/7 and will respond to your ticket as soon as possible. During business hours the Callback and Live chat option will still be available for many billing and account related issues.
