I know, I just love how the Horde forgets about all the Alliance guilds that are now Horde. I mean Method (you know, those guys that have gotten every major world first for like 10 years) use to be Alliance and faction transferred for the racial advantages.
What you are seeing is the end result of the bleed of the better, more progression dedicated players shifting from Alliance to Horde. As someone stated earlier, it started a long long time ago due to the racials and now continues because content is more easily accomplished on Horde-side due to the skill imbalance, not the faction imbalance. All those players who REALLY care and don’t WANT to be Alliance have moved on to where getting groups and guilds that can complete content without causing premature balding is much much easier.
The only reason I would play Alliance again is if Gnomes got the ability to be punted. I just want to punt one in to a raid boss to pull the encounter.
Someone’s salty, lol.
See you during the next Tortollen Emissary!
You won’t see me, i’m smart and use the group finder to go to a different shard. Keep trying kid.
Yeah, kind of looks like we’re not getting cross realm of this any time soon. I still don’t like the idea of how delayed it is for cross realm either.
No, we don’t I was part of a group that sat on a turtle quest for the entire 2hrs I was one last night.
Typical bias. I play both and the horde community is far more toxic. Have you ever read chat when their losing a random BG, my goodness half act like it’s the end of the world, while the other half act entitled to a victory.
Yes, that is exactly what you are implying. The horde player’s have some of the most entitled crybabys.
the sharding tech was broken in the favor of the horde( which wasn’t intentional but was the result). the sharding tech that started the whole war mode issues, I would have an issue with it also had I had to deal with that crap.
There a lot of alliance guild that are 8/9M stil more horde but enough that if those guilds down jania its enough to give both sides 100 to open xrealm. Yes the horde has the slight recruitment benefit being as there more progressive oriented players but people act like the alliance it just an empty pool of players when that is not true.
I had to switch guilds a lot till recently as I had different job that always messed up my time frame ability so I had to seek guilds that could fit it and I have met plenty of individuals on the alliance side that are capable players of being mythic raiders however they stuck within a guild that doesn’t focus on mythic raiding or one that just doesn’t have enough people to mythic raid. The issue comes is outside of those who already pushing mythic hardcore who more then likely have their team set up there isn’t many guild alliance side on many servers that are pushing that content. If you look at recruitment on servers you will find more horde guilds recruiting to push that content compared to how many alliance guilds are recruiting for the content.
Individually there are more then enough alliance players willing or capable to push said content however there just isn’t enough guilds wanting to push that content now obviously only speaking for NA. I do not know if there anything blizzard can do as they need to incentivize guilds in some way to make more alliance guilds want to push that content.
What are YOU doing to help. Me, I dont give a rip… but I’m not depressed about it.
^^This^^ It isnt an Alliance player problem. Its just a by-product of a 3-5% advantage (big for world first guilds) and the rest of the Horde (former Alliance) sheep who thought it meant that they were also going to benefit from the tiny percentage racial advantage. (they didnt)
Maybe you should join a community that does wpvp and not do the alliance thing of “grab my quest, turn on wm, get my 10 kills, and turn it off.” I have never to been in a group that met at a FP and sat their for 10 kills, even from joining randoms in LFG. Doesn’t mean it never happens just not in the groups I roll with.
No… fact I play on both sides and by far the Alliance acts like children in comparison. Almost every battleground starts off with Alliance players yelling (not that the Horde can understand them). even while I am on the Horde side I see the scrambled talking from the Alliance. The horde may talk some banter but not at a 3rd grade level and 99% of the time its directed to other Horde when they are losing.
No in facts that’s not what I am implying, hence why I said what I said. Again not to imply anything but your reading comprehension is rather low. Go the the PVP forum, most of the QQ threads on there are Alliance. “waaaah we never win” “waaaah I wont que BG anymore.” when the horde complains its over somewhat legitimate issues like exploits or lack of pvp gear. The Alliance QQ’d "Waaaah, the horde got a quest for LFR equivalent gear for a week when warfronts came out so it’s ok for us to get New BOD heroic level Raid gear. for a couple weeks because we need gear to raid, because the mean horde has more people seeing late game content. Most Of the Horde threads are sunday thread that leave people scratching their heads wondering what the person was smoking before they got on, or hardcore trolling.
This is the Alliance in you speaking. In fact the devs had that little video saying that it was fairly close to equal between alliance and horde with who was turning on WM. I like how it the sharding tech was favoring the horde part lol… yeah the sharding was purposely bias right? Sorry but It was happening on both side. sometimes I would join a group and their would be a ton of Alliance and no Horde, other times I couldn’t find an alliance character if I had to.
Only 1 thing can fix this issue.
Free Guild Transfer from Horde to Alliance
Its the only way for now
That won’t fix anything.
A guild would be stupid to go from horde to alliance. Maybe for the 100 achieve, but they’ll go back horde after that.
The majority of the Mythic raid population is hordeside. Why would a horde guild go alliance where the recruitment pool is smaller by a huge amount?
Tfw people still try to pull this off yet alliance get an easier 2nd boss than horde, and alliance get to be horde characters on the harder bosses.
Smh, all the good guilds left to be horde in WoD and there was no reason to ever swap back. If you pvp’d in wod you were a human.
At least most of our races aren’t fugly AF. Take away blood elves and you have no horde.
So, this thread is basically about how the Alliance didn’t even really try to down her, compared to Horde.
Because the topic isn’t about running for “First” Jaina m kill but a kill in general.
At the alliance posters coming in here and trying to blame their lack of motivation and achievement on the horde. What’s next? Going to blame horde and racials because you haven’t gotten any progression and you are less than meta? lol
I didn’t even attempt to kill Jaina. And it’s the hordes fault
How dare!
You have given a prime examples of the toxicity I was speaking of.
End quote.
Which one? The WM is all horde QQ threads the arena is QQ about mages and Locks and BG forums are QQ threads about twinks.
I wasn’t saying the tech was bias, as Ion said the factions were near even at the start but due to the sharding thech issues it made the Alliance seem out numbered. I am clearly saying the sharding tech being faulty was the starting cause of the imbalance.
Nice assumption. But I have never turned WM off.
It’s funny how it’s always an undead character calling alliance 3rd grade children.
By the way, love the transmog! Yellow eyes really help with belf pallies.
Typical toxic horde fan boy.
