Yes, I loved Tier gear, please bring it back. I did the raids and earned the best armor for my raid level. I want that back

You can still do that. You can do the raids and earn the best armor for your raid level. That was not taken away from you. You are in a heroic quality guild. You have heroic quality pieces.

I’m lucky to be in a quality heroic raiding guild, many of the raiders are will above my skill level. We tried and done some mythics, but they are not fun for me. I play the game for fun. My guild has always had trouble maintaining 20+ raiders for mythic level.

Right now I have many pieces of gear 420 ilvl, but I don’t use them, they sim out worse than my 385 and 395 gear

So it sounds/looks like you have heroic quality gear. And you are in a heroic quality raiding guild. What is the issue?
