yeah that’s my thought as well. I seriously doubt anyone is looking to prog in TW / LFD. Nobody is doing them for the sake of doing them for fun. The vast, vast majority of players just want to get it done to get the rewards to move on to other things they actually want to do.
I honestly don’t get the complaint.
Twinking is a past-time many people enjoy and blizzard supports. Make your own group instead of trying to ruin an experience for everyone because you didnt like what you got in a random dungeon finder.
my exp with twinks is people that exploit to get around exp off only queue in battlegrounds and boosters in lfg. thats it.
Really, the only “down side” to this is that dungeons are frequently done in 10 minutes which means that people have to wait for the minimum time span to recue… but that’s what I’d refer to as “a good problem”.
10mins?..mine are usally done in 4 lol
most dungeons are complete in about 10 minutes without a twink. with a twink its closer to 3-5 minutes with their insane movement speed. maybe thats all that needs to be changed is remove the old movement speed stuff that makes them move so much faster
It won’t happen because it’s just a part of the game and has been for a very very very long time.
I’d just ignore it and move on with the content as fast as possible.
On account of having made over 30 toons, most of them making heavy use of LFD, I’ve never come into the problem of never being able to keep up with a twink. It is not nearly as much of a problem as you are presenting it, do you frequently stop moving for several seconds while they’re still grouping mobs?
I never stop moving unless its to cast a spell with a cast time. most the twinks used to be fine but now we have tons of boosters
Unless you can provide a video, I truthfully cannot believe you simply can’t keep up, with a hunter of all things. I was able to keep up with this warlock just fine, while topping the DPS charts with heirloom gear, with xp on.
I’m as annoyed by twinks as much as the next guy but I don’t think they should get rid of exp off. Just put them in their own queues so they can game together.
I’m not seeing any difference. I just did a ton of PUG’s to level up one of my druids. Had queued with two twinks. Only reason I knew was because I leveled and they didn’t. But it went fast, so it only took me around 30 minutes to level up my toon from 76 to 80.
Seriously, I recommend you ignore and enjoy the ride.

I would be ok with that but they will probably find a exploit to bypass it like the do to get around exp off battlegrounds
prop same person different toon or account he already admitted its not his MAIN toon and had to change toon name because of people
