Making them the most polished? Sure. But “best”? I’m assuming you’re talking about pure dps numbers here.
Best flowing? Best feeling? Most fun? Why not? It’s all they can ever do.
I’ll remember that the next time I’m on my alliance 'lock looking for a M+ tank. Last time I gave up pushing my own key after looking for 45 minutes and regularly cycling through dps and healers.
