And let me tell you what your faction said all along…people will stop q’ing for BGs when all they get are tryhard premades. No alliance wants to accept that Zerg rush wpvp by horde=rolf stomp gy camping on alliance/pve Zerg av, both factions take the path of least resistance and classic pvp is doomed because of it. No one will continually subject themselves to that which they’re inherently at a disadvantage and in the end there will be no one for either side to farm…

I feel bad for them. If it means anything, if you ever reroll alliance on pagle or netherwind I can help you with leveling.
You do realize that horde players and ally players are the same, right? Like…just regular people.
Many on this forum have both factions.

where was the sympathy for alliance players when we couldnt quest in STV or SS or Arathi highlands in because the servers were so lop sided in the horde favor we were outnumbered to the point the game wasnt fun. So re-roll get-gud or deal with it. Expect longer ques on the more popular faction
Guess the message is just let everything fall over and burn before allowing any kind of proposed fix or change to get through.

Give the players that faction change to the minority faction an item that mimics the racial bonus(es) of the majority faction. This item would replace the original racial(s) for a set duration like 1 hour with a moderate cooldown of 10-15 minutes.
Expanded rest state if your in the minority faction. Treating PvP zones as if you were in a inn or major city. You could get rest bonuses while you fight!
Maybe one of those would help.
You started the fire, you fanned the fire, you proudly shot down every request for the fire to be put out.
And then finally when the smoke started to choke you, you come to beg for us to help you put the fire out.
Thing is- the Alliance left have adapted to the fire, heck, right now as I watch you complain about your queue times, knowing they’re only going to get worse and worse… I’m starting to to see why the Horde took such pleasure in creating the fire in the first place.
So grats Horde- you’ve won me over.
This line always annoyed me. Don’t ask for sympathy if that’s the case. If you were subhuman I could see giving you pity, because you just couldn’t have known. But you’re people too. You should have known better and because of that you don’t deserve sympathy. You weighed the pros and cons of choosing a faction and you chose the pve faction.
I’m sure their alliance toons have instant queues. Maybe they should play them.

The solution is for you to reroll… If Blizzard doesn’t open up faction changes for Horde to Ally then that is what you have. Submit an in-game suggestion.

They’re going to have to wait until WotLK, cuz it wasn’t part of either Vanilla or TBC.
I suspect the majority of Alliance players are probably responding based on their experiences with US Realms, however they’re not taking into account the small selection we have of other realms to be in our battlegroups - therefore to fix Oceanic queues a single sided cross faction is required.
Otherwise, they’re going to throw us into the US pool with increased latency - and neither side wants that.
I feel like this is inevitable and will happen at some stage. At this point i’ll take it lol. Would rather that than ReRoLl or QuIt lol.
Id rather queues and looking awesome, than joining another “self righteous crusade”

remember the whole heartseeker debacle? the alliance refugee server.
horde could have transfered there to help balance the ratio, but they didn’t. they wanted to stay in carebear land.

Regardless of everyone’s various opinions something needs to be done.
Even if all the vocal Horde here re-rolled Alliance that would be mere pebbles in an ocean of population problems.
At the very least there needs to be an incentive like an exp boost.
According to this forum most things are exclusive to certain factions. It’s what Horde go on about so much, just returning the favor.
