It's so unfair

Close! but yes, female warriors are not portrayed very well at all, they’re all models doing aerobics.

What are you even talking about there are many examples of female NPC’s that are “badass” as you say without being sexualized (much):

Jaina
Alleria
Tyrande
Maiev
Taelia
Princess Talanji

And the players are all in possession of magical gear and abilities so it doesn’t really matter what you think they are physically capable of - Azeroth is not the real world.

This reminds me of a woman in dirty sweat pants screaming at the customer service counter in the grocery store because her choices of bag of chips went from single serve to family size, and that the grocery store selling family size bags makes her fat

Those are not good examples at all, Jaina is one of the worst offenders.

Example of an awesome female number 1. More gifs on the way.

Then you are a troll. That’s just ridiculous.

they’re definitely fun. my main is actually an orc warlock but i leveled my alliance shaman specifically so i could unlock DID because i wanted a warlock. the male and female model both look really good. i’ve been thinking about making a female toon as i don’t have any and DID/dwarf are on the top of that list. which class were you thinking about? for me it’s really hard to pick. lol

“I want actual badass role models” and “firce and rough looking” are not articulations. They are loose generalizations. What, specifically, would you like? If you can’t answer this simple question, then it’s you that’s the problem.

Talanji is so awesome this expansion.

I actually like Thalyssra, i wish she had kept something closer to her withered form. They never explained how she became “pretty” again (unless you consider eating a magic apple a good explanation).

I ran out of popcorn guys.

No i am tired of media using sex appeal to get our attention and then when it comes to the game itself the super sexuslized models arent even available for use most of the time.

I like idealized fantasy characters in my fantasy games.

I am willing to compromise with folks though. Game developers give the games a character creator capable of giving players what they want. With a massive variety of models to choose from that will satisfy both sides.

Skyrim is a grest example. Thanks to the modding communitty my game has 100s of sliders and sculpting tools to customize every detail of the character. I have over 2k hair styles to choose from. And 3 races beyond the default. Thanks to mods my skyrim will always keep getting better.

We should be able to make our toons look as we please down to the last pixel on our bums.

Freedom of choice is better then the tiresome forced censorship that we constantly get.

And before people pull some bs ist, ism, or ization card. Recognize both men and women are idealized in media to pitch sales.

Its a fantasy game its not about whats realistic. The point is to have fun, look cool, and escape the real worlds problems.

Wows character models and armors are very tame as compared to other games. Or even wows own source material constantly showing off sexy outfits that don’t exist in game.

What is it with you being so incredibly against “pretty” characters? Are you really that insecure?

Good! and you have them! now I want something I can enjoy too.

nail on the head

Hope to see a cinematic with this awesome paladin.

Not insecure, I don’t like not being able to enjoy cool themes like a proper beast race or protagonist because men want something to **** off to.

Aww, thank you! :relaxed: :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I might be biased, but I feel that we lady dwarves are severely underappreciated.
