You might repeat yourself a 100 times a day, but I don’t care to do that to every guy who makes outrageous claims.

I’m offering a solution to the problem. Currently there is zero reason to queue up if you can’t get 1800. You get 1 title at 1600 with the token, and an incomplete set. If those players were encouraged to grind something out that they were essentially guaranteed to get, they might play more, they might get better, they might get 1800 eventually, and most importantly, they might start to enjoy PvP more and play more, the whole goal.

1600 has it’s reward and to finish the set, 200 cr more. Not a hard concept. Quit being a participation trophy kinda kid.

I know a lot of players who just can’t be bothered to do it because they just don’t want to. They do mythic keys just fine, but something about PvP turns them away.

Finding out what that those things are and fixing the issues is something worth doing.

Well, all the data I can find, and AGAIN, I could be reading it wrong, but, according to drustvar, 1800 places you in the 80th percentile, which means you are in the top 20% of players that have any rating between 0 and whatever the current cap is.

Default shuff mmr is like 1900 and Blitz force feeds 2400 assuming you play 100 games

Just because you can do something it doesn’t mean everyone else can. That would require an ounce of sympathy tho.

I mean of course I can but I’m talking about the average player. :dracthyr_a1: If we’re doing the whole song and dance about rival not being free by mid-late season when you can reach it with a 35% winrate then I’m not sure I’m the one that’s being disingenuous.

I’m not saying you’re being disingenuous. I’m claiming you don’t understand there are other variables and just because you and everyone you know can do something, it doesn’t mean other people have a similar experience to you.

Correct on mmr, incorrect on 2400. Again, I’m not saying you are wrong about 1900 being the average, I’m saying all the data that I can see suggests otherwise, I’m gonna need more than “trust me bro” maths.

You don’t know how to correctly interpret the data.

A significant portion of players that have not reached 1800 in shuffle yet is simply because they have not played enough games. Pve players that played a few lobbies for fun at the start of the expansion and then didnt play again are also part of the sample size of the data you are reading.

I have been 2.8-3.1mmr on blitz all xpac on my pres but haven’t gotten 2400 yet because I have not played enough matches.
