They posted this on the launcher hours ago. People will complain about anything.

The players posted a psa 16 min before blizzard posted their first tweet or any notifications. This is a Blizz [Removed] up not a player one. And many are quiting.

PSA: Echoes

You will not be refunded Echoes. Last paragraph. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/breaking/23320966 Make sure to log into all of your toons before opening the mythic chest or completing any content if you want eches. The game does not know what essences you have unlocked on your characters until you log onto them. You can talk to mother if she does not have the option to show you what you can buy you will not receive any.
