I’m on Whitemane and it’s pretty rare for people to say “Dropping ZG buff in x minutes.”
Sometimes a guildy will pay for one and let everyone know, which is usually 1,000 gold. But beyond that you’re just kinda left to sit in BB and wait for a random one to drop.
