Welll will say he is the best one thats alsoo running with some of the best players ingeneral.
Alsoo is a specifically single target encounter and maul did doo much lower then it should realistically do as an offensive spender. Maul does have uses but should stilll be made somewhat better as an ability itself.
I liked the idea of making maul an aoe stackable bleed that actually does good dmg and not the little sprikle of dmg thrash dot does.
