It's 2024, why are we still punished for not having a guild?

I once has hearthstone, astral recall, and all 3 Org capes on cooldown.

I was on a pet collecting spree.

Because you know what you did! Now go back to your corner Jim Horner.

What that trying to work out which pets sell the best or which pet fights the best.

Have a friend help make you’re own guild and have them invite all your alts.

Nah I was finishing up some of the larger collection achieves. Getting all pets from each land mass, etc.

I agree even though it’s not difficult to make your own guild or join a guild that invites anyone. I have a guild that’s just my characters. It took 20 min to get the signatures from ppl in org.

Or…yourself.

30 minutes? I remember the damn thing being like 2 hours.

no one has said who is punishing people

Probably already said, but make a self guild. Ive had mine for almost 10 years now.

I think the question should be “Why are we rewarded for having a guild?”.

Encouraging group play, community, friendships, gatherings, cooperative strategy and meeting new people is not a bad thing.

Guilds can be some of the best (and worst) memories you can ever make, but even the terrible ones I humorously think back on.

Agreed. LOL Agreed

Hah 30 mins CD…I remember when it was 1 hour CD…

Make a guild , then get some pets you dont need and offer them up for guild sigs, once you get your sigs, set up your guild. Kick your invited ppl and invite your alts . You will always have a guild for the perks then, and extra bank space.

You can always make your own guild, but now that guilds are cross-realm, i’m sure you can find some that don’t kick. I probably have a guild i could give you, but you would need to make a toon on one of realms connected to burning blade. I have an extra horde guild there. Then you could invite all your toons.

Ah, the eternal hearthstone struggle! It’s like trying to get an Uber during peak hours—sometimes you just need that cooldown to be a bit shorter. It does feel a bit off when something as basic as a hearthstone feels like it requires a guild membership to be efficient. It’s like being told you need a club membership just to use the escalator at the mall.

While guild perks are nice, not everyone wants to commit to a guild, especially with the looming threat of the ‘inactivity purge.’ It can be a pain to juggle real life and Azeroth, only to come back and find yourself guild-less and with a hearthstone cooldown that feels like it’s set to ‘epic raid wait time.’

Maybe Blizzard could consider adding a system where you can earn cooldown reductions through achievements or playtime, so everyone can enjoy a quicker hearthstone regardless of their guild status. In the meantime, hang in there! You could always set up shop in a cozy inn and enjoy the scenery while you wait for that cooldown to tick down. Or, you know, make a sandwich—because Azerothian adventures are best enjoyed with snacks!

who punished you??

My parents for having me against my will.

do they boop you on your nose and say you are bad :open_mouth:

Well, I found a home. A guild I was raiding with cross-server took in all 21 of my characters, I hopefully wont be homeless again.
