You have to carry a Gnome on your head for 3 months. The Gnome will occasionally eat snacks and brush the crumbs onto your hair.
There’s plenty of guilds that specifically cater for solo players so they get the guild benefits. They tend to be small guilds and don’t kick people. I have a couple of alts in a guild like that.
Think of it this way.
Your Warband bank is for reagents. Your guild bank is for items.
It’s not a punishment. It’s just not taking advantage of a perk. There’s no perks for anything if you see not using them as punishment.
Would you rather not have a hearthstone… I’ve played MMORPGS where you have to go everywhere on mounts or foot without even a teleport. You aren’t being punished, its a perc for those who want to be in guilds.
I got tired of the blind invites and whispers to join guilds that had stupid names or a schedule. So, when I could, I made my own guild and then invited all my alternates to the guild. When cross faction became a thing, then I was able to bring more alts in just a little more difficult to do.
Currently have 33 characters in my main guild and no one else in my guild. I have 2 others in my original guild on a different server that’s been dead since 2014 judging by the time stamp on people that last logged in. Then a third guild on the same server as my main guild.
Play a Mage, never need a hearthstone again.

You could just. Use the homebound speed enchant? Or be a human?

Or, as Jarnock above says: PLAY MAGE.
The trick is to inform your guild in advance of a planned absence. That should reduce the risk of getting kicked.

You need to be Trust Level 3…
Its called Trust levels.
Certain form poster levels allow memes,videos ect.
Or Shaman. They effectively have an extra one. Goes to the same location but a separate cooldown.

I run it kind of like that and rarely remove people.
If and when do its because they haven’t logged on theirs for over a year.
Well if you switched to a winning factions you could use your hearthstone twice. But hey if you are happy to eat dirt I am not stopping you , ill help you

It’s called a Guild “Perk”, no you are not being punished.
Just make your own guild.

Nope, you still need 4 signatures. You can either stand around in a starter zone and spam people until you get 4 (might take a while, most starter zones are DEAD), or you can go to a city and pay people to sign your charter (not cheap, I have multiple accounts, I regularly create 4 characters and sign peoples charters for the right amount of gold).
