Item Restore - Stuck for my Shaman?

Item Restore seems to be stuck loading. Have cleared cache, tried a different browser, tried from my phone, disabled ad blocker and virus protection even.

I need my bracers back blizz D:

EDIT - So upon further testing my other characters load fine… However my shaman wont load at all in the restore system. Everything is stuck at loading.

Since this is a character/account issue, we can’t assist here in tech support. I recommend opening a ticket with the staff.
