I did an item restore of the following items using the restore link. It made a ticket for my item restore, then I got an automated reply to the ticket to use the item restore (which was 100% the thing I used that automatically created the ticket for me) and my character now say it can’t restore items until May 30th but my items were never restored.
Ooops was on my remix character, but forgot to change character before posting.
I got a support Ticket Number: US99124683 from this issue marked “answered” yet it wasn’t resolved. The only option it gives me is “mark resolved,” but it wasn’t resolved and want to reply that it wasn’t resolved, but unable.
I have the exact same issue. Somehow I swapped my gear and salvaged two of my ilvl458 gear. Used the item restoration to bring them back, said it would be in the mail… It actually wasn’t sent through the mail but instead opened a ticket which was then marked as answered by support saying to use item restoration. All I can do is mark the ticket as resolved but it’s not? If I try to submit another ticket for item restoration not working, they now have a spot on it saying for Remix characters that they are aware of the problem but have “no solution or workaround” and to file a bug report…
