Item restoration

I need an item restored and the in game option and the website are not currently working for me. The in game will not load at all and the website gives me a 502 error code after a couple of minutes trying to load after selecting my character. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Same issue since yesterday.
Tried:
Clearing cache and closing Google, opened Google Chrome, logged into battle.net webpage and went to item restoration. Clicked character, website loaded for a bit, Error 502.
Same steps for Edge, cleared cache and completed above steps, Error 502.
Rebooted router, PC, and network switches. Tried again with Edge and Chrome. Error 502.

Same issue here. I think I deleted an Enchanted Gilded Undermine crest and wanted to check to see, but I can only load Item Restoration on characters that have no items to restore due to not playing them recently. Any character I attempt to load that I’ve played recently (and as such, would have items to restore) give me a 502: Server Error page.

Update: It just loaded for me after trying for an hour.

Same, had to refresh from the error 502 page but it works now.

I’m having this issue with mail recovery as well, and it has been an ongoing issue since the original date of this thread.
