It really should be an embarrassing moment to be an Alliance player, but most are complaining about not receiving inflated rewards anymore. What a sorry faction. I mean, this thread and OP are embarrassing and seem to have no shame.

Who’s fault is it they outnumber us 4 to 1? The general population isn’t that unbalanced…how is it Horde’s fault we are outnumbered? Bc most allies are babies that can’t handle being killed by another player?

I think a majority was playing on PvE servers to begin with. My assumption is that at least a few who were stuck on PvP servers wanted to leave but just didnt want or couldnt afford to shell out the cash to transfer.
If thats the case, then the majority doesnt want to PvP to begin with as far as when theyre questing.
The bonus for WM is there to draw some in, Im sure, but it aint worth the time wasted if you spend 1 hour turning in a 20 minute quest.
A relative just got ganked last night and sure enough the jackwit who ganked them were there camping.
WM is for those players who WANT to pvP. Who like the risk involved (some actually do as crazy as that sounds to me). They enjoy it. Those are the people who should have warmode on. Not people like me who just want to do the quest and get it over with and move on to the next.
NO possible reward bonus is worth the other possibility of trying for 45 minutes to get across one stupid zone due to camp ganking sorts.

Thats because alliance dont’ want to turn on wm, the only reason why they turned it on is because of free over the top rewards, even though the populations for both factions are roughly equal. You want to complain how sharding greats horrible situations? me too. But thats a different topic.

I am ashamed to have people that think disorganized pvp is somehow indicative of anything. Gankfests and nuisances while doing things that I already consider to be a nuisance is not my idea of fun.
I’ve done plenty of PVP and a lot at high levels in the past. I had warmode on early in the xpac jut for ez leveling, and then I encountered this scrub rogue who would not stop being obnoxious.
He had 0 chance of beating me, but every time he’d get close to death he’d just invis and run away. He’d come back 1 minute later and start sapping me again, open, do no dmg, get wrecked, and invis again.
I don’t have time to deal with that crap. It’s as annoying as having to do blizzard’s dumb turtle quests.

Please don’t generalize like that. Not every single alliance player, maybe the majority, but not every single alliance had that as the only reason they turned it on. Both factions may be roughly equal ish but it’s no contest that there are more people who enjoy pvp on horde than there is on the alliance. If taking nothing into consideration than the bg que times since late wod.
Alliance were out numbered from the get go and it only got worse from there.
its not a generalization, horde had more wm because alliance simply didn’t want wm on, thats it. The only reason why most of these alliance people have wm on is for the free loot / over the top rewards.

Most Horde were in WM because the free 10% when things got the other way they all run away, really WM is for people who enjoy being jerks, me for example I love to Wpvp and I don’t need a reward.

I don’t see a problem with that, though. I have no issue admitting I hate WM and intentionally rolled a PVE server. Only reason I’ll ever go into WM is if they incentivize it like they originally did last week. Otherwise? Fork off horde. I got no time to fight you while doing chores.

Correct, because I don’t find WPVP actually fun baseline. I find it annoying. It’s never a fair fight, and people will just turn-tail and run if they’re losing.
For me, there literally is no fun in WPVP.

Nothing we gained from a shard with no enemy faction benefited us in obtaining a week 1 heroic piece of gear.

I don’t think any alli thinks we deserve it. I think we’re all saying if you want us to participate, that’s what we NEED to be willing.

Ya guys there was like 50 mythic raider alliance guys who all had like elite gladiator mounts chasing me and then I like hit up my 2 buds on discord and we totally killed their entire raid with just the 3 of us it was so epic lol alliance are so bad.
meanwhile in reality it’s just another cringe-worthy horde kid with a hidden profile to hide their shame.
