Well when I read “we’re” I took into the account people who don’t just spam threads.
I don’t think anyone is going to sit down and condone that other than to troll or rub you the wrong way.
But still. That’s fine. It still means my current points stand so, yeah!
My final take on this is that the character I post with matters because it helps me keep track of responses and activity. That dramatically outweighs any concerns with who posts here. This is a forum and needs to function like one.
Keeping out the trolls is a non-issue. At worst you get some mildly amusing threads where we get to dump on some poor kid testing his boundaries. It’s important to let children do this, so they know where the boundaries are and how important they are. I’ve not seen an argument against this, let alone a good one.
It isn’t that hard to do that. As it happens I have two classic characters in their teens that the character selector doesn’t recognize yet - it takes some time for them to show up.
It won’t stop there anyway, people will simply trot out the tired “you aren’t 60 yet” argument, or even argue that people shouldn’t be able to post there.
The forums are the forums. If someone wants a more restricted environment, they can go make their own.

Have classic killed BFA by Zeka, it is literally on the first page, there is another one as well. You can be freaking seriously asking are you. They are first page
Look, it is quite simple. If one is going to speak on a subject, they should be prepared to post on a character with experience on the subject. If giving opinion on L60 current content, post on your character with that experience. Speaking about a class mechanic, post on that class with level enough for that experience.
