Issue regarding "WOW51900319"

Hi there!

I have been redirected here from the GM Tickets; I am from EU.

For the past couple of weeks, I am having trouble playing the game properly, I frequently disconnect during gameplay in raids, m+ and with the remaining one month of gametime, I wanted to enjoy myself due to university.

The steps that I have tried regarding this issue.

I have bought a whole new setup - fully ethernet.
I ringed my ISP (Virgin Media), got a new router and called them over two times, checked all the cables in and out of the premises.
Replaced Ethernet Leads, new internet switches.
Went to the Support Forums, nothing got said or noticed.
Cleared WoW cache, WTF, and Interface folders.
Disabled Addons, Uninstalled Addons and Reinstalled them. - Tried different addons and still disconnecting.
Diagnosed network through windows.
Checked my anti-virus and all is fine.
Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it.
Scan and Repair World of Warcraft.
Swapped Realms and created a new character - still disconnecting.
Adjusted graphics settings, including FPS limits.
Tried Wow Classic to see if its only retail but it is still happening.
Checked Both US and EU Forums, people still commenting that they have the same issue.
Checked Firewalls, swapped to Windows Defender and then Bitdefender - still the same issue.
Resetted User Interface
Swapped Firewalls - Windows Defender and Bitdefender
Restarted my computer.

Before doing this and creating GM Tickets, I have checked both EU and US Forums to see if there are any people having this issue, there was recent posts about 12 days+ and even lower.

I’ve done about four tickets regarding this matter which has led me to here.

There’s several knowledgeable users in Tech Support that may be able to help narrow down the issue. Be prepared to do some basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.

I’ve been having the same problems and I’ve found that this has been an ongoing problem for people for like a year now.

I’ve done the same and nothing has changed, i know its not my internet because my housemates who use the same internet and everything have zero problems playing. They don’t disconnect or lose internet.

This is really frustrating and I cant find an actual fix, it’s unplayable. I can’t even check my mail without it disconnecting 10 times before it empties my mail, and forget about running to the auction house, that’ll be another 10 times of disconnecting. Frankly I have a life and cant just sit here wasting my time trying to play a game five seconds at a time and I highly doubt anyone else wants to waste their time doing the same.

The storyline and game play has finally become interesting again but the technical issues and lack of giving a crap from the company is waning.
