I’ve done tons of these things and not have had 1 mount drop the entire xpac. Some pets and that weird green gear I really don’t want but I really want that twilight drake looking mount.
Is even one mount drop below 1%?
Well, the mount chance is 0% if it’s not the right week, so there’s that.

I thought it was switched from having to kill specific rares to just a broad drop % across the board?
It was, but the mobs that drop that mount still have to be in the rotation for you to have a chance at it, you just don’t have to actually kill those mobs. As long as they’re present during the island you’re doing, then you’re eligible for whatever it drops, regardless of whether you kill it or not.
I’m at 5k dabloons and only gotten 1 mount so I feel your pain, I hope to see this address in a future patch or maybe put them on the vendor some how.
Bump. Looks like they will put them on a vendor finally to buy gacha boxes. At least it gives a chance.

About time they did this. I’m pretty much sick of running expeditions after that parrot. With the exception of transmogs, I’m only missing 3 or 4 mounts, including the green parrot. That’s how much I’ve ran this stupid thing.
I won’t cheer too much though, because the RNG can still screw me up pretty good on these crates.
