Yeah , warrior is a safe good based bet for pvp, they’re always A+or better with at least one spec and viable on multiple specs……especially if you have a healer
Nope. Warriors are still very good. Even as a fury I still feel very viable honestly. More so in 2v2 arenas. Solo shuffle, depends. Horrible? No not at all. I’d still recommend playing a warrior just in general.
Me when I had to face 2 feral druids In a 2v2 rated arena, peel for my healer and such and I ABSOLUTELY clapped their furry cheeks was just -chefs kiss- all those dots were useless as they cowarded away from me as I just charged to them
if you’re PVPing warrior should be fine and i guess theres always like 1 raid spot for a warrior… usually, the shouts aren’t THAT great

I will say, warrior needs bloodlust.

you can find in any class forum that they demand blood lust for non-lust classes.
I made the topic before they nerfed affixes, but still we don’t dispel and cc for afflicted/incorporeal.
Next season affixes create BDK and pwar disadvantages against other tanks with 0 compensation.
Warrior lust makes absolute sense. And it would help dps warriors get into keys.

Other classes have cc and warriors have stuns. Shockwave and stormbolt. We will be using them.
Stormbolt, yeah. Sadly they are immune to the aoe stuns.

Stormbolt won’t help much, that mob lasts 20s.
yes they are. they can use parala/hex on them and its one and done. CC does not break due to the mob being immune to dmg.

Aoe Cc don’t work on the new affixes currently.
It’s intended behavior but might be changed with further tuning.

Benched? No. Nobody is benched any season as even Survival Hunter is seeing play in upper keys. Do these new affixes suck for us? Yes. I wont argue that, but we are not getting benched over it. At the end of the day nothing has changed, there is no real reason to bring a Warrior in M+. If we went by the “benching” mindset, we’ve been benched all expansion aside from tanking.
Sad truth. Honestly lust would go such a long way for them.
Prot getting back shield wall for the party (20% dr for the team iirc in pre patch DF) would be nice too. Especially when 1 minute blessing of sac exists lol
How do you get invited as dps warrior ? I tried to queue on my warrior as dps before but was declined all time. A few times I was asked “are you gonna tank?” /facepalm.
