Well, it’s obviously a class design issue. They have BoP and shield so focusing them isn’t usually an ideal option, large, outsize burst damage with CD stacking and potent offheals. They are pretty ideal.
I don’t think tuning is a good idea at this stage because it’s just going to make them garbage in PvE since they are so reliant on their cooldowns. They’ve built a class that is really good at PvP and pushed it towards more burst while retaining their excellent toolkit. If they simply smoothed out their damage curve it wouldn’t be so severe in PvE or PvP.
If we had that level of burst in PvP we’d be OTT too and probably get swiftly batted, as happened in the past.
