They stick you with a set ilvl that was pre-raid for that place so its gonna be a struggle. You’re not what would be your full power in there at the time.
Like how heirlooms are on the same level as greens now. I can tell from getting gear the same ilvl as my heirloom only for its stats to be better for a bit till a few more levels. They use to be on par with purples but they nerfed them to slow yea down.
