I had to reinstall and no pun intended but wow the download is slow. 8 megs per second. My 12m mbps seems to be working fine
The tech form would be better suited for this.

One thing you can check is the settings on the launcher, under Game Install/Update. You can set your bandwith use there, and may have been set to throttle your download speed.
It would also be helpful to know if you are wired to the router, or running a wireless connection.
I think also you can edit your OP to move the thread over to Tech support, rather then having to open a new one now.

you’re downloading 8 megabytes per second? this is a pretty normal rate for most people. what is your internet speed?
what do you mean your 12 mbps is working fine?
