These Horde guilds bragging about massive numbers is astonishing to me. No one really enjoys these giant guilds. I have been in them. It is not fun.

Its subjective. A massive guild that just spams sgi and doesnt do anything isnt the same as an active guild that grew organically. The benefit of a larger guild is the pool of players for activities. Sure smaller guilds can be tight knit and active but after a while you are limited in what you can provide(rbg/raid team with a roster to back it up if people become inactive). Its one of the main reasons Ive been told from horde rerolls for coming over,this side provides you with more.

Yeah, I agree. I guess it is subjective. I just prefer the small tight knit guilds. Alliance has that in spades. The Watch guilds all play together and know each other, so that community provides a pool of players for any of the large stuff. The Watch is keeping ED wpvp alive.

I remember the dayā€™s when D7/WSB clashed with Chaos and World PVP Finest and both sides camping each otherā€™s flight point to the conquest vendors on the Wallā€™s of Pandaria.

Then the bombings of Ashran of both sides. I thought we agreed no WMDS after Garrosh fit.

Most Alliance only turn WM on when they have a heavier buff itā€™ll go away and youā€™ll see less of them.

I have never turned off War Mode and I would say the same for The Watch guilds. Lies.

I had 140 members on last night at 11pm so :upside_down_face:

I believe you guys ran into us in the Maw when you tried to camp and we had a brawl.

Your also the only large ally guild. we had about 30 last night to kill some then do the maw, the game cant handle more than 40v40 atm with the amount of crap we throw out.

Nah we got terran empire as a substitute for WSB. Iā€™m sure big zpvp will happen soon.

They arent tho.

Some people got killed in the maw and think the world is ending.

Alliance is far from dominating anything. You can wipe those alli groups with a 10 manā€¦

Pretty much this, I think Iā€™ve seen Alliance camping it more, but I also avoid The Maw and the last few times I went I was for some reason phased with a bunch of Kelā€™Thuzad Alliance.

Itā€™s a cool back and forth, just a crappy zone.

Hi all! This is a fun thread so figured Iā€™d get my feet wet.

Iā€™m a longtime, returning (finding my PvP legs for the first time) player aspiring to join in on the RP/WPvP. ED has been a really great place to get back into WoW. Nice community on both sides. (At least from the threads Iā€™ve read since being back.)

The Watch group seems like a great idea but how do I get involved?

In-game you can search for and apply to The Watch under guilds and communities. If a guild you seek, I highly recommend Clan Battlehammer! :blush:
