Is the Storm Hunter NPC gone?

I have over 3k Primeval Essence to use, but I went to go get gear and the Storm Hunter NPC is gone.

Are they relocated? Do we not get to spend our Primeval Essence?

Event vendors only hang around for a few days. There may eventually be some way to spend them in DF.

I hope so :c

Over 3.2k essences on one server. Haven’t looked at the other servers. I thought we’d be able to spend them when we were ready to gear up alts.
