This freeze mechanic may just be the new 'wounds" any debuff being target bound that makes your spec work is just bad design. rogues used to have combo points be the same way, then ofc DKs. All prior specs that had mechanics like this have been moved away from in recent times. So why throw it back in for frost mages?
