There’s a green icon on your mini-map border when you’re inside the dungeon. It looks kind of like an eyeball. Click it and there are 2 options, “Leave Instance” and “Teleport out of Instance”. Pick the first one, you’ll get ported out and zone directly in front of the quest/dungeon NPC.
