Made some pretty nice campfires out of your Tree. Had smores over some of that wood last night
We got a new one next to dragons.
I just wish the Alliance had some good story. Nightborne LONG Questline? Just Epic. The Bwonsamdi storyline from BFA? Some of the best stuff ever. Bwonsamdi is still one of my favorites.
Yet I fell Asleep on the Alliance storyline in BFA. It didnt flow at all from zone to zone or make much logical sense either. It just felt âpulled out of thin airâ . Im pretty sure someone at Blizz came up with that while sitting on the can.
Both sides suck like crazy. Others have gone into details but letâs not forget when the LFD tortured the blood trolls and complained that they werenât allowed to genocide the horde. I hear theyâve gotten better, but never trust an alliance.
The Horde also did plenty of terrible things, but at least they have the balls to tell you to your face that theyâre evil.
I mean, youâre not wrong. The Alliance has never been as squeaky clean as their PR department wants everyone to believe.
What is true though, when it comes to conflict between the Horde and Alliance, the Horde has started every major conflict, and the Alliance retaliates, not always in the best ways. Whatâs the name of that tauren village in the barrens again? Innocent VictimsâRâUs?
While I do think Alliance is hypocritical, these are some terrible examples. Alliance side doesnât see the Vulpera getting attacked and burned. Instead, we have Orcs doing that to a town in Stormsong. Itâs been a while, but I think they even had us help Vulpera against the Sethrak in one questline (probably why people that donât play both factions thought Vulpera shouldâve been for both factions).
And I always viewed Jaina as going rogue in the purge. Blood Elves were meeting with the Alliance to defect. Blizzard had to do something to keep them Horde. The way it plays out in the game also makes it appear itâs only the betrayers helping Garrosh.
This is all circumstantial. The Alliance are the good guys.
I mean, if you read the lore behind the purge in Dalaran, the Blood Elves were literally helping Garrosh make Mana Bombs, and when they were caught Jaina exiled them from Dalaran and they refused to leave.
Remember
If the horde does something, its bad
If the alliance does the exact same thing, its good
This is world of Alliancecraft and has been since legion
Everybody is a hypocrite about stuff. This ainât new
You sure? I thought the purge was because they had a group that went against LorâThemar and stole the Divine Bell from Dala for Garrosh? Didnât think it had to do with mana bombs.
Remember, if the Horde does something itâs bad.
If the Alliance retaliates horde players will cry about how theyâre the victims, even if alliance players will admit that the alliance wasnât justified in doing certain things.
The bell was used in the process of making mana bombs and they were caught with the bell after garrosh had already bomb theramore.
Canât be. Itâs a mogu artifact. It was found after a mana bomb was used on Theramore, before Pandaria was discovered.
Lmao no
Alliance aggression is frequent, but as youâve shown its fine
This is a wildly incorrect statement that only applies to 1.5 warchiefs.
Bruh⌠the horde has started every major conflict with the alliance, but yeah, the horde are just innocent victims of alliance aggression. /s
Why am I even talking to a guy who doesnât even have the slightest idea of the story lmao
Oh, yes, orcs actually imprisoned themselves and Kaelâthas was treated terribly based on race by himself as well, not humans of the alliance at all. This is just two instances off the top of my head.
Lorthermar (I know I spelled that wrong).
Theyâve actually retconned the Dalaran Purge since then in order to make the Alliance not look like the bad guys.
Originally, it was a small group of selective belves who went behind everybodyâs backs. Jaina, Veressa, and the Silver Convenant went totally ham on true innocents.
But itâs now entire Sunreavers, and Jaina âdidnât actually kill anybody.â
