wrathion is still a child even by dragon standards. hes only as large and adult lookn as he does as he was genetically modified to have the traits and power of a direct child of deathwing a normal every day black dragon not even high statis 2 dragon welplings of differnt black dragon breeds all melded together and genetically altered to be a mini neltharion and cleansed of old god corruption. ( hes still a child and so the idea of people shipping them is just disgusting on so many levels.)

Anduin blamed him because he was being influenced by the old gods and acting out of character. I thought that cinematic made that very clear.

Regardless you missed the key point that the legion was already coming and that’s WoW WoD happened. WoD didn’t alert the legion. They were on their way which is why time dragon and wraithion decided to recruit an army of disposable AUs to fight the legion and save the people of Azeroth. Was it a poorly though out plan that backfired? Yeah. Did he directly or indirectly cause the death of Varian? No.

Nzoth didnt influence Anduin to do this. This is completely in character for Anduin especially if youve paid attention to their dialogues in Warcrimes.
And the entire point was that Wrathion was causing what he was trying to prevent. Would the legion invade eventually? Maybe. But Wrathions action directly caused it.
Also besides wrathion not being a good “person” - wrathion is a child by all intents and purposes and also not even a person just takes the visage of one. This would be the weirdest and most cringe pairing you possibly could have from the darkest degeneracy of fanfiction dot net.
