So you admit that he was attacking enemy players from a location where guards couldn’t see him?

That right there is why he got banned. It shouldn’t be a surprise.

So not being within aggro radius is now equivalent with being unreachable???
The original ruling blizzard made in 2005 should have been more clear, but if you interpret it they are abviously referring to locations where they CAN’T attack you. Not locations where they WON’T attack you.
