I think they’ve gone way to far into the pirate-theme

I was in a plunderstorm lobby for 10 minutes at like 6 PM PST and we started with like 66% of the possible players.
Either they screwed with matchmaking, or plunderstorm is mostly dead already lol
I just bought the last thing I needed from the Plunderstore. I’m officially done with the game mode…again…thank God.
A strange game. The only winning move is not to play.

Plunder Storm is fine. I got some tendies, some pirate transmogs I’ll never ever use and I think I want that seahorse mount that I’ll also never use.
There was a random recolor of one of the WoD Alliance PvP 1h axes in there. The one where the leading edge is crystal. I think it got lost on its way to the WoD TW vendor, but I got that one too. It’s my favorite so far.
Needs to be expanded
-3 man and 5 man groups
-1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 arena
-turn practice mode into comp stomp event with actual bots you play against(no currency awarded)
-new map
-global leaderboards
-special tranmogs/titles for the top 1%
-player created tournaments
-mobile client
-player banners

Plunderstorm pve aspects are really fun. Plunderstorm pvp aspects are quite a bit less fun than out right uninstalling the sodded game.

I think it’s awesome and they should keep it around but also add a PvE only mode that gets the same rewards for retail as the current PvP version.
It’s something fun and relaxing for me to do between each month’s Trading Post and after I’ve completed my Trading Post tender quests.
Garbage mode.
Seems to have less interest this time, none of the lobbies launch with a full group. Luckily it doesn’t take long to get the new stuff and abandon it.
Plunderstorm the 1st time: Wow, cool new game mode guys!! HURRR DURR!!! Me like battle royale now all of a sudden!!!
Plunderstorm the second time: Okay folks, get in, get your loot, get out. Buh bye.
