Is leveling as ele shaman viable?

Enhance is a little better but level with the dps spec you prefer both use a lot of mana

i’m leveling right now as enhance, i rarely drink. no shocks, just occasional storm strike.

I can only imagine it probably takes over 30 seconds to kill a same level mob, as opposed to elemental with some int and SP its probably less than 12 seconds on average.

Depends on procs. Procs melt mobs. No procs it’s slower. It’s not that slow though.
