Is it too late?

too late for love

Just go Prevoker and invite nothing but Ret, Rogue and DK to your keys. For one, those specs are all immortal in low keys starting out if they know how to play. For two, they’re all meta in dungeons. For three, they play into your healing profile.

You don’t want 3 melee and then a ranged randomly thrown in, it will piss you off as a Prevoker, sometimes that can upset any healer because the ranged won’t be in LOS of anything. I’ve had my Radiance not hitting people sometimes and it’s so annoying. It’s ranged responsibility to stand in range of everything, it’s no one elses.

That’s because you have other healers who can back you up and make it feel easier.

Try running a 2/2/6 raid setup and tell me then which is harder.

“The end is COMING!”
They’re a 2 drop

Normal.

It’s a pattern that has repeated throughout every patch/season since day one of World of Warcraft.

New patch/season releases → Players resubscribe to play the new content → Player population increases → Players complete the specific content of that patch → Player population decreases → Repeat.

Some of the phases above can last longer or shorter, depending on the content.

So true. So very, very true

When you see graffiti in the new major city within a few weeks of launch?

Yea, it’s all coming to an end. WoW will prolly have to close its doors before January.

That doesn’t stop it from being easier than a normal raid scenario right?

More generally, I thought healing a normal raid a couple would have prepared me more for the first time I healed a Mythic +. It did not.

No because in raid you have more people to back you up, so if you make a mistake, don’t use your CD’s correctly or are just bad the other healers can cover for you to make it seem like you know what you are doing.

In dungeons you are the only healer, so now you have to do it all yourself and not have that backup.

2/2/6 would be harder in general because now you only have 2 healers, so unless the other healer can do it all themselves, any mistakes you make, or any lack of healing knowledge will shine through more.

Like if you done Queen with 2 healers, on P2 you have your own side to deal with, so if you are not ready for it, even if players avoid all the damage they can and do good DPS, since you are alone you need to dispel correctly and heal through all the damage, alone. And if you make any mistakes people will die and it’s your fault.

It’s in the same vein of which DPS is going to pop the bubble on heroic Queen, or any mechanics that require DPS to do, when there are less players, there is less choices, and when there are less choices it means any mistakes are shown for all to see.

Like with Fyrakk and the seeds, if you have only 10 people every DPS must therefore take a seed, so if they cannot do seeds they will be outed instantly and you will never progress.

I think the people who speedran are past the point where that would matter. They are the people who have a fixed group they always run with, who keep pushing day after day after day.

It’s mid and lower level players who are burning out over things like being unable to get into keys, being unable to fill groups they attempt to start, and being unable to upgrade their gear.

I am fairly confident that this is working as intended, and we will not see changes until much later in the expansion, as they continue to double down on those groups.

That’s because people don’t want to tank/heal or cannot find tanks/healers. DPS are a dime a dozen.

And this is exasperated by delves being a thing and M10 being the new M0. Players who did tank low keys because it was easy to find groups and an easy way to get gear have now either gone the delves path or find the M10 of old too hard to do so they just don’t do it anymore.

And that flows onto less players having done low keys and therefore less players having a rating and therefore they now also find it harder to get into higher keys with both the lack of tanks and the lack of a rating.

If Blizzard want to keep this delve thing going and keep M0 scaled this much harder then the playing base was used to, they need to do something with the holy trinity and find ways groups can run smaller teams without needing a healer or tank.

The problem is Blizzard does not care for the opinion or complaints of the common folk, sorry you have to be bringing in a playerbase or money to the company such as top world guilds and such.

I had a genuine issue the other day, I wanted to open a ticket and all I got was about 20 redirects to forum post for issues not related to my issue. I vented the frustration that it’s the point I almost want to cancel my sub and then listed my issue. Blizzard responded to my ticket and redirected me to the area to un sub and ignored the issue at hand.

Blizzard is an absolute joke now with actually fixing issues in this game, they want the player base to handle their issues for them while they get paid. I miss the old Blizzard.

Hilarious.

AI reads canceled more importantly than the issue strung out across multiple words.

OR it’s people who just don’t give a frack

“This idiot only has one account!”

“Why are you even reading it?”

“I thought it would be funny.”
