THAT…that right there is the biggest reason any argument against removing most tmog restrictions is a ridiculous fight.
I can remove ALL of my mogs entirely and run around in my skibbies where they CANT EVEN SEE my armor pretty much at all…lmao…but in here screeching “MUH IMMERSION” …and I got $100 bill that says at least a few of the ‘immersion’ sorts were actually FOR hiding most of the armor slots…TOTAL contradiction making any fight here abject hypocrisy for those like that.
I can nearly totally HIDE my armor…and no screeching about THAT in here…but “muh immersion” if I want to use a leather chest on my hunter L M A O
Orc warlocks look great in plate, just saying. And all races look twice as good in evoker sets than Dracthyr do, for the obvious reason that they can only wear it half the time.
If the community doesn’t like the idea, then it’s a a good reason not to do it. I’m sure it’s pretty split and doubt everyone or even the majority wants to give rogue and mage sets to paladins and warriors, and vice-a-versa.
Not to mention immersion and taking unique looks out of the game for the most part.
I dunno about that. Half the community is only happy if everyone plays the game their way. Not sure if that is the half I would want to cater to. Adding options is always better, especially considering some of the things you can already do ingame. I will never understand the conceit of not letting players wear what they want, but do let them go naked.
So, people aren’t allowed to be naked? It makes more sense than a warlock running around in druid gear… hell a $2 dollar and 25 cent as a single currency note makes more sense than that argument.
Not really, no. My desire to play the game my way doesn’t equal forcing others to as well. That’s the difference. And I wasn’t saying people shouldn’t be allowed to be naked, I was saying it was absurd to allow that but not tmogging a plate chest into a shirt.
Oh boy. Are you missing the point strategically or accidentally? One side is saying “I want to do things my way and you can do things your way. Then we can both be happy.” while the other side says “No, you do things my way or I won’t be happy.” If you still can’t tell the difference, then okay. Logic doesn’t work on willfull ignorance.
“He doesn’t agree with what I said, so he’s missing the point!”
I’m not gonna repeat myself again, you keep saying this but it’s no different, you want things a certain way and I don’t… if you didn’t care, then you’d go away and stop arguing for no reason.
I used to play the same game with my sister, now I tend to play it with immature forum posters who love to act like they’re on some moral and/or intellectual high ground.
