Yea, because the average Joe gamer is going to level an alt for every spec “just in case” of a nerf to their main class. It’s not just about the leveling. You also have to remake your keyboard layout and relearn a new class while getting the correct gear for your spec. Sure, some pros can pick up a new class and compete rather quickly. But the average joe gamer? Nope… not a chance. Most will just quit if they put a lot of effort into a toon and now it’s completely nerfed.

Average Joe gamer doesn’t pvp. They do world quests, raid normals, and clear +10’s then log off.

The “gotta be the best I’m so good link your 5k exp achieve” playerbase of PvP is constant FOTM chasing.
