Net/net it’s the easiest when farming crests to do 8’s 8-11 minutes and 3 less runed each run. More time efficient than 20-30 minutes for an 11 with more crests, 3 total more I believe. I can run more crests faster after the 3 initial gilded t11 runs, fill the vault slots etc.
