Because, eventually, they will move on to other prey if you stop popping back up to give them easy kills. Play another character for a few hours, maybe level a fresh alt up to 20, and then check in to see if they have moved on. Quickly hearth out and then turn war mode off.
Well, lets look at your problem first, shall we?
- Warmode: You chose to have Warmode on. You got to expect the concequences of what will happen when you have Warmode on. People going ahead, grave camping, that is not griefing, nor is it any disruption to the actual zone. So even if you went to try and report it, Blizzard wouldnāt do any anything since no-one is breaking any rules or anything.
- You create a thread? All for what? Because you chose to have Warmode on than complain that youāre being corpse camped?
Fairly simple solutions are easier to follow than anything:
- Turn Off Warmode. It isnāt Manditory to have it on.
- Switch to another toon if you canāt get to a safe area to turn it off.
- Call up some friends or other players to fight back.
All this couldāve been done than creating a thread to complain about people PVPāing with Warmode On.

As I said in my opening post, they are also harrassing players by creating level 1 throw aways whispering how we suck at warmode and should unsub.
Also they are in a position where If i take rez sickness at the spirit healer I die because they have players at all of the spirit healers.
Also it is disrupting the zone Horde side.
I enjoy warmode and WPvP, this situation however isnāt WPvP, just a gank fest with no mercy and taunting players with throw away alts saying you suck and unsub.
Canāt turn off War Mode, as I have been saying I have no chance to hearth away or get to rest zone because of the ruthless camping, so I literally canāt turn it off.
Why should I be forced to play another character when I want to play the one Iām on. This isnāt a tech issue, a weekly lockout, timegating etc, this is player made lockout preventing players from escaping AND turning off War Mode.
Most friends are offline or on classic. Also there is about 40 players and looking at their hp being 360k+ they are easily around 440+ ilvl.

TLDR cant turn War Mode off because of the camping, people are whispering you suck at warmode (level 50 highmountain tauren) and unsubscribe. Being forced to spend my time on another character shouldnāt be acceptable at all. Unless hanging out by your corpse is āfunā waiting hours for them to leave the area.
Usually the case, they usually donāt have any PvP Ranked achivements so they take it out on lowbies who cant fight back.

No it isnāt anything. All you have to do is just go play your classic toon and those people will get bored.
I am betting you werenāt on a PvP server previously when this type of thing happened and there was no turning off warmodeā¦
Donāt turn on warmode if you canāt handle what happens.

As far as Iāve seen on the CS forum, anything goes in War Mode (and previously PvP servers) as there is a PvP solution. However, if it continues nonstop for like a week people have gotten hit with zone disruption before. That mostly applies to killing low level quest givers for extended periods of time (longer than a few days) but other than that, PvP happened in PvP mode, so nothing needs to be done.

TLDR: level 50 being camped for 2+ hours at spirit healer and where they died, with multiple others who are low level, being whispered by lv 1 throw away alts about how we suck at WM and should unsubscribe. Disrupting the entire zone for the horde. About 40 players camping the zone and killing any players that move. They are in 440+ ilvl gear. Canāt turn off WM because I canāt escape to a rest zone and turn it off.

Only the comments would be a violation, and only then if they are using profanity or using new accounts to get around ignore. You can report for that, but unless this has been going on for several days nonstop, there is no violation as it has a PvP solution.

Did read the thread. You described PvP. Blizzard has addressed this repeatedly over the years.
Getting camped comes with PvP. Deal with it or stay in pve.

So what. I played on a PvP server for years and there was no turning off warmode.
You are the ones stupid enough to rez when they are camping there. Just log off and there is no whispering to be done.

The killing part is fine by the rules. It sucks, but you can logout and play another character.
Whispering you is not, it is clearly harassment and should be reported.
There is no āso whatā about it. They are breaking the in-game CoC by logging over and whispering them like that, thatās considered harassment. Harassment is a great way to get yourself a lengthy suspension from the game, the moment it turns into on-going harassment you can lose your account.

Ya I enjoy WPvP, as I said in my 1st post.
However this isnāt WPvP this is pure 100% griefing. There is a difference.
Which is why I didnāt roll on a PvP server, but these players are denying others from being able to turn off War Mode.
That is actually kind of funny and very creative use of game mechanics. I mean after a while it gets old but hey if I died that way a few times Iād laugh.
Also note to selfā¦ do this on my priest and have a friend go to the other faction to do thisā¦ (not going to camp people, Iām not that horrible)
But this is a sizable chunk of players in the same guild just halting any activity in the zone for more than 3 hours and blocking you from turning WM off.

You are from moonguard but guess one someone rezzing for 2 hours when the other faction is camping an area is bad at PvP.
The question OP was asking is - is that griefing and banable and no it isnāt.
I want to know the OPs exact locationā¦ because Iām having issues getting my head around the ācanāt escapeā part.
On an entirely different note, there seem to be a lot of people who are interested in wanting to get other people banned.
Iāve seen a lot of threads in the last couple of weeks asking if certain things are bannable.
Even if it was deemed to be disruptive, it seems extremely spiteful to want someone else banned.
How about a warning, or suspension? ā¦nopeā¦ not good enough.

Usually I canāt escape ganks on this pally if my bubble isnāt up. Just canāt get away. On my orc hunter, thatās what camo is for
