I mean. What is the alternative? They made the racials better. They gave Alliance blood elves (because it was claimed this would help with player numbers).
For the average person, you can play either and typically be ok, and it would mostly depend on server.
Except M+ is not the only thing in the game.
Now do raiding.
You are telling me to cope while obviously…and very intentionally…not even reading what I am saying or putting things into context of what the OP is talking about.
It’s weird because Horde has a higher concentration of endgame focused people, at least for most skill brackets, and then it slants over towards Alliance at the high end because they have better racial abilities.
Really, though, faction doesn’t matter much these days. Once you get into that top 0.5 to 0.1% range then it may be considering swapping around for racials.
He asked which was better. You have to use a per capita metric to measure who is better. Raw population makes it so Horde has more people and thus any static ranking will be filled with Horde players by default.
Yeah it’s just a shame, they honestly should have not tried to delude themselves that doing that was enough. I sort of half figured with allied races blizz would give the opposite faction the racials they were missing but nope. Cross faction play really should have came 4 years ago but well they wanted a “pvp themed at launch” expansion.
Of course Alliance are dogs. I think they prefer being called Worgen.
BTW. I am not actually gonna respond to the content of your posts in this thread. Just take a random irrelevant part I like and go with it. Since that is apparently what you do too.
If you aren’t going to respond to the context of posts, why should I?
As I said, them needing to rip the bandaids off earlier, and then mirroring racials so both factions had access to all. Things will settle down now since I really can’t see anymore necessary fixes to core design besides barriers created by code (not philosophy).
But things really won’t stabilize for another 3-5 years with my guesstimate.
