I earned a ton of honor on one toon, but can’t spend that on another. In fact seems all my toons have a unique amounts of honor. What am I missing here? Thought it was supposed to be account wide?

Honor level is shared; honor is a currency like gold or anything else (except it can’t be traded/mailed) that is specific to the character.

Would be better if they can be transfer to alt just like the war resource in BFA
