is getting level boosted for gold against TOS or lead to potential suspension/ban?

However, if you buying boosts for gold bought on 3rd party websites, you can be banned for gold buying
Getting boosted for gold on other server (many people offering 1-60 sod boost+balnazaar kill for cata gold) is grey zone, because gold swaps are now forbidden, and also you have a high chance to be scammed.
Buying boosts with game gold is a completely legitimate purchasing of a service, no different than paying an enchanter to enchant your gear.
Just keep the transaction entirely in-game if you want to avoid ToS violations. (No discord trades and no $USD trades)
